OPTIVISION · VIETNAM · 2026
More than an offsite. A week built for what comes next.
Global exposure. Sharper conversations. Stronger connections. One week in Vietnam designed to help our teams look outward, align inward and return with a broader view of the future.

What happens when a team steps outside its normal operating rhythm?
You see the business from a different distance.
Selected members of Optima Life Sciences’ Sales & Marketing team, together with the leadership team, came together in Vietnam for a focused week of learning, collaboration, team building and strategic alignment.
The purpose was not to pause the work. It was to create enough distance from the everyday to ask better questions about where the industry is moving, how teams can work together more effectively and what future readiness should look like in practice.
The programme moved between three different environments, each designed to unlock a different kind of perspective.
Benchmark against global innovation and changing market expectations.
Turn external exposure into sharper internal conversations and shared priorities.
Strengthen the relationships and trust that make cross-functional execution work.
The fastest way to challenge your assumptions is to see what the rest of the industry is building.
A key highlight of the journey was participation at ILDEX Vietnam 2026 in Ho Chi Minh City. The team explored emerging technologies, global innovations, evolving industry trends and international best practices shaping animal health and nutrition.
Global platforms matter because they create an external benchmark. They sharpen commercial curiosity, expose teams to new approaches and help us ask a more useful question when we return home: what should we be doing differently?

Exposure only matters if it changes the conversation back inside the room.
The OptiVision workshops created dedicated space for brainstorming, cross-functional dialogue and alignment around the growth agenda.

THE QUESTION IN THE ROOMWhat must we see differently today to stay relevant tomorrow?
Question familiar assumptions.
Bring Sales, Marketing and Leadership into one conversation.
Turn ideas into shared priorities.
Take the learning back into execution.
Some of the most useful conversations happen when the agenda ends.
Beyond business, the journey offered cultural immersion across Vietnam—from Hanoi and Ha Long Bay to the Cu Chi Tunnels and the Mekong Delta. Different surroundings created different conversations, stronger personal connections and a broader global mindset.

A good offsite ends. A useful one keeps working after everyone returns.
A clearer view of global innovation, industry movement and changing customer expectations.
Shared context across teams creates better decisions and more coordinated execution.
Trust built outside formal roles improves how people collaborate inside them.
Exposure to different markets, cultures and environments expands the frame through which we see opportunity.
